Rental Setup: All materials used for the decoration setup are provided on a rental basis and will be collected the following day from the event location.
Power Supply Requirement: The customer is requested to ensure the availability of a nearby power source or extension board for any electrical needs related to the setup.
Balloon Shine Enhancer (Optional Add-On): For outdoor or daytime events, we recommend adding our Balloon Shine Enhancer. This special treatment enhances the visual appeal, protects balloons from sun damage, and helps maintain their shine throughout your celebration.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled experience will receive a 90% refund of the booking amount.
For cancellations requested between 12 and 24 hours before the experience time, a 50% refund will be issued.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled experience.
Important Note: Bookings made for Valentine’s Day specials (13th & 14th February) and Karva Chauth are non-refundable and non-cancellable due to high demand and limited availability.
